O2W Base is a concentrated, water-free emulsifier system built for formulators who want repeatable oil-in-water dispersion with simple mixing. It is designed to reduce processing complexity and improve batch-to-batch consistency versus approaches that rely heavily on high-shear homogenization.

Suggested use (high level)

1. Warm your O2W Base and oil for ease of handling

2. Mix: combine O2W Base with the desired oil until homogenous to Create Loaded O2W.

3. Stir: add Loaded O2W to water and stir to watch O2W spontaneously emulsify into 10-100nm particle size.

4. Infuse: Add O2W to any beverage application and enjoy the performance of a thermodynamically stable emulsion.

Storage guidance

Store sealed at room temperature in a cool, dry environment, out of direct sunlight. Keep the container tightly closed between uses.
