Overview

Application:
For nano spray drying, spray pyrolysis, reactants injection and thin film coating.

 

Technical Notes:

  • Turn on the power after all components have been connected
  • DO NOT turn on the power when there is no liquid in the device! Otherwise, it will burn the spray head and megasonic generator.
  • Please confirm that you fix the liquid detector 23 on the liquid monitor tube 3. Liquid monitor tube should be push on the bottom of groove of liquid detector. The liquid detector should locate at lower around 1/3 part of liquid monitor tube.
  • Deliver the liquid into the nano particle generator through the liquid input port 14 by syringe, syringe pump, peristaltic pump manually or automatically. The liquid tube is 1/8”(3.2mm)PTFE tube.
  • The liquid cannot be deliver input too much and the liquid level should be not over the half part of the liquid monitor tube.
  • If you use peristaltic pump or syringe pump automatically deliver the liquid, please don’t set the flow rate too high and result in that too much liquid deliver into the
  • The liquid PH should be > 3。
  • The liquid temperature should be lower than 60°C。
  • The spray head should be cleaned after work. It is not necessary to take off the spray head during cleaning. You can clean the spray head with the atomization room 15

The flow rate depends on the outlet size and blow air flow rate. Larger outlet and higher blow air flow rate give higher spray flow rate.
