Description
The AI-2L-Feeder is an air-tight automatic volumetric powder feeder designed for continuous, controlled delivery of solid powder into tube or rotary furnaces during firing and heat treatment processes. A motor-driven agitator combined with a built-in vibrator conditions the material to a uniform bulk density, ensuring consistent fill of the feed screw flights and preventing rat-holing, bridging, clogging, and material buildup.
